Umbulan Water Supply Project

Development and operation of a bulk water supply system with a capacity of 4,000 liters per second, serving multiple municipalities in East Java. The project, valued at approximately IDR 2.5 trillion, benefits from government viability gap funding support. We acted as legal counsel to the Provincial Government of East Java as the Contracting Agency, advising on the PPP framework and project implementation.
