Construction of an LPG plant with a production capacity of approximately 100 MMSCFD. We advised the project company on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of key project agreements, including gas sale and purchase agreements, EPC contracts, financing documents, and LPG and lean gas offtake arrangements.
