Dhoho Kediri Airport Project

Development of a new international airport in East Java under a 50-year concession, with initial capacity of 1.5 million passengers and long-term expansion to 10 million passengers annually. Total project value is approximately IDR 8.8 trillion. Structured as an unsolicited PPP project. We advised the Ministry of Transportation as Contracting Agency on the legal and regulatory framework for project delivery.
